Data Day Protocol
Select a facilitator, note taker, and timekeeper
Review norms
  • We will start and end on time.
  • We will come prepared with realistic agendas and stay on topic.
  • We will be present and use devices appropriately
  • We will be respectful of others opinions, feelings, perspectives, and assume positive intent.
  • Look at the bigger picture, not only what impacts you, but what’s best for all kids, and be willing to be flexible.
  • We will be professional and confidential in and outside of meetings.

1.  Reflect on Progress  
  • FAST Progress Monitoring graphs- Reading and Math
  • No growth- We need to move kids to an alternate intervention or referral

2.  Identify students in need and their specific needs.
  • Reading & Math- Plan for specific interventions or teaching focus.

  • Reading & Math Interventions- Need to be using the intervention to Fidelity, FAST Progress Monitoring
