What CLR strategies to you notice?
What are the benefits of the protocols?

Investigate- Explore and learn together and continue to ask questions.
Dr. Sharroky Hollie will be here on March 1 from 8:15-9:15. He will be reviewing with our staff the ideology of CLRT. He will help guide us as we move forward with our learning about and practice of the discussion and movement protocols.

Coalesce- Make sense of learning and begin to apply learning.
Try using some discussion protocols.
What worked?
What challenges did you face?

Go Public- Apply learning to the classroom. Make one goal as a team.

After meeting with Dr. Hollie you have the opportunity to be coached by him to help implement and/or refine your CLRT strategies. This could be a valuable learning opportunity and a less formal approach to Dr. Hollie’s training program. You will have a one-time observation and follow-up meeting. Click here to sign up

Since Dr. Hollie’s coaching experience is similar to our observation requirement, non-probationary volunteers can count the experience as their 3rd observation if:
  • You have met all descriptor requirements in your first two observations
AND
  • You meet with your coach for a reflective conference after the experience

Which students are not making their growth target?  Why do you think they are not?
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

What can you do to appropriately challenge them and support their growth?
