Reflect on areas and continue to improve as a system.

How?

1. Meet with grade level teams and fill in your thoughts.  (2:30-2:45)
2. Find your topic based on your groups colors.

Discuss your topic K-5 and take notes. (2:45-3)

3. Add We notice…  We wonder.., in your area to guide committees in next steps. (3-3:15)
4. Review other areas and add to the document (3:15-3:30)

.  This is a chance to open your room to others to visit.  This will help us be better together.

We will continue our year long goal of learning about Personalized Learning through the lens of balanced literacy.    We will model our learning.  We will alternate all staff seminars to have a common understanding with  choice seminars to personalize your learning.
