Concord October Data/ Progress Monitoring Data Meetings
Why?
Progress will help is get to know our students as readers and mathematicians using the most updated data. (MAP, FAST, MCA)
Determine student needs and plans to meet their needs during WIN Time.
Refine WIN Time to implement Tier 1 reteaching based on formative assessments and Tier 2 interventions and extensions and GT reading so collaboratively we meet all student needs across the grade level.

Review norms
- We will start and end on time.
- We will come prepared with realistic agendas and stay on topic.
- We will be present and use devices appropriately
- We will be respectful of others opinions, feelings, perspectives, and assume positive intent.
- Look at the bigger picture, not only what impacts you, but what’s best for all kids, and be willing to be flexible.
- We will be professional and confidential in and outside of meetings.

- No growth- We need to move kids to be appropriately challenging them based on RR, comprehension checklists. Use PLC to discuss students not moving.
2. Identify students in need and their specific needs.

3. Create WIN Groups
- Reading & Math Interventions- Need to be using the intervention to Fidelity, taking attendance and Weekly Running Records to monitor progress

- Teachers pull skill groups based on needs Oct.- Jan. while students are in learning centers
- Formal WIN Time with interventions and all teachers with groups Jan. 2018
